SHIPPING

Moto Pockets ships to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Internationally, we ship to Canada, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees.

Orders placed before 2pm PST Monday-Friday ship the same day.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

If you receive a damaged product, notify the delivery company immediately, and/or write the issue down on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and collate their details.

RETURNS

Moto Pockets has a 30 day return policy.

Credit will be issued when the product is returned in new condition and original packaging. To return or exchange an item, simply email us indicating that you need a refund or exchange. Please include your order number.

If the Adventure Pockets or Moto Pockets product was purchased from a dealer, retailer or other reseller, then you must return the product to such retailer/reseller, in which case your return will be covered by the return/refund policy of that retailer/reseller.

International orders are final sale.
Due to the high cost of international shipping and customs processing, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
